Commercial Construction

Retail, medical, fitness, office and building amenity work delivered to brand standard.

We have delivered commercial work for Ever/Body across two New York locations, a full facility build-out for the Ambition fitness franchise, and an amenity lounge renovation in Chelsea completed while the building stayed occupied.

Commercial construction is a different discipline to residential. The specification often comes from a national brand book, the opening date is already scheduled and advertised, and several trades are working the same floor at once. Ceiling systems, integrated lighting, treatment room compliance, specialty flooring and retail display all have to be right first time.

Our scope typically covers metal framing, drywall, custom ceiling systems including tray and cove details, flooring, painting and the full architectural finishes package, coordinated with the client’s general contractor, brand representatives and specialty vendors where required.

Common questions

What people ask most about this service in New York.

Can you work while our business stays open?

+

Yes. Our Chelsea amenity lounge was delivered while the building remained fully occupied and operating. That means phasing the work, protecting circulation routes and working within permitted access hours.

Do you build to a national brand specification?

+

Yes. We have delivered to operator specification for Ever/Body across two New York locations and for the Ambition fitness franchise, including brand ceiling details, lighting and finish standards.

How do you handle a fixed opening date?

+

The programme is built backwards from the opening date, with trade sequencing to match and daily supervision on site. Fit-out is the last package in, so it absorbs every delay before it unless the schedule is actively managed.
